We found a 5th wheel in the Temecula area that we were interested in buying, and quickly needed a thorough inspection to see if there were any glaring problems with the unit. Ted conducted such a thorough inspection that we decided to print it out, and are having it bound and put with the user manual for the rig. Ted is an amazing, thorough, knowledgable person who took the time at the end of the 6 hours (not a typo) going over everything in the RV to explain to us what we needed to do first of the minor repairs needed after the sale was completed. Nice guy and very professional. Easy to schedule with on his website. Timely. He serviced my AC and it is working great- super thankful for that! I have an older 5th wheel travel trailer that was having refrigerator issues, Ted came out and performed a two step diagnosis, he made the trip one day to check the basics and make some sensor adjustments, he left a thermometer with me to review progress, he came out a second day to dig a little bit deeper and come up with a solution for me. I appreciate him doing this with two trips as to save me potential costs. Ted is very polite and knowledgeable about rvs. Has a nice professional wrapped work van, and takes his business seriously.
