We found a 5th wheel in the Temecula area that we were interested in buying, and quickly needed a thorough inspection to see if there were any glaring problems with the unit. Ted conducted such a thorough inspection that we decided to print it out, and are having it bound and put with the user manual for the rig.
Ted is an amazing, thorough, knowledgable person who took the time at the end of the 6 hours (not a typo) going over everything in the RV to explain to us what we needed to do first of the minor repairs needed after the sale was completed.  
We felt very comfortable proceeding with our purchase and would highly recommend others hire Ted if you are contemplating buying an RV - even if you are more knowledgable than we were, he has the depth of experience and knowledge to spot things that you may not and when we buy these things used we are risking a big chunk of change - it's good for us to know exactly what we are facing.
Thanks Ted for your time and chances are once we get totally settled we may have a couple questions for you.  We certainly appreciated your help and are very happy with our purchase.

He's so honest and knowledgeable about all aspects of RV repair and you will instantly know your issue will be done right!! If Ted can't fix it, it isn't fixable and he will say so and save you lots of money, while offering great alternatives.

Nice guy and very professional. Easy to schedule with on his website. Timely. He serviced my AC and it is working great- super thankful for that! You pay by the hour, so have some things you'd like for him to accomplish in that time. We went through my RV maintenance checklist and he checked on some other things which was great! I have an older 5th wheel travel trailer that was having refrigerator issues, Ted came out and performed a two step diagnosis, he made the trip one day to check the basics and make some sensor adjustments, he left a thermometer with me to review progress, he came out a second day to dig a little bit deeper and come up with a solution for me. I appreciate him doing this with two trips as to save me potential costs.

Ted is a traditional professional who knows his stuff and is honest. Great communication and follow-up, and excellent at what he does. Can't say enough positive about him and his service.  He was also very helpful in educating me on some things I didn't know about my Travel Trailer.
